It's all about being present.

Here is a great quote by Georgia O'Keefe. I am working very hard on being present these days. I read The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle years ago, but his new book A New Earth is really inspiring me to live my life in the present. What an amazing feeling it is to live in silence, free from all of that mind chatter. It is so incredibly liberating. It's not easy though, I feel like I am in a constant war with my mind. It gets easier with  practice. Are you awake? Try it.

A Picture and a Quote: Happy Friday!

I had such an amazing blogging week! Thank you Jan at PoppyTalk and Stacy at Stacy Sews for Links to my blog. I received a lot of hits and was so thrilled to know that I had new visitors to my site. What a great feeling! I love blogging! I highly recommend this to anyone needing a little spark in their lives. You can do it!

I have a busy weekend planned. I am moving my studio from the first floor of our house to a bedroom upstairs. This new room is really special and has a great energy to it. I think that your studio space is a very important thing, you really need to feel good in there to get the creative juices flowing. I can't wait to post pictures next week.
