I saw these posted on Design*Sponge and loved them! I hate recycling other people's posts, but sometimes I can't help myself. Frazier & Wing's decorative mobiles are hand cut from recycled magazine's and carefully strung together by hand. I love them.

Alena Hennessy

I love these prints by Alena Hennessy. They are so whimsical and sweet. Her newest print collection is called The Quiet Dream Collection. I love that name. The color palette is soft with a sophisticated edge to it. They are soothing and peaceful to look at, I think I need some for my bedroom.

Embracing My Darker Side

I was on a mission today to find some great Valentine's Day products. I searched and searched and couldn't find anything that really touched me. I then realized that I tend not to like the overly frilly red, white and pink sweetness that is all over the place on this very special day. My true heart of hearts likes the dark and muted lovelies in this world. I am a winter girl at heart, cloudy and grey skies make me feel at peace. I could stare at an Andrew Wyeth painting for hours and have watched Sleepy Hollow a hundred times. These may not be things that inspire me, but are things that comfort me in some strange way. Weird huh. Anyway, I changed my mind set. I still wanted something that represented Valentine's Day but, in my own way. I searched some more and found these little dark treasures. I love them. These great prints are by Suzanne Woolcott. The product line is call Gorjuss. I can't decide which ones to order.

My Private Sanctuary

I love these! I can imagine them sitting in my window next to my meditation space. The light filtering through them would be so cool! These little treasures are from Dan Marty Design. They are made from found bottles and have crystals and semiprecious stones in them. Love, love, love! I want some!
