Welcome

  • Great design is good for the soul. It is like eating a piece of chocolate or watching a beautiful sunset. It affects us on many levels. In ways that we are not even aware of. It has healing properties. It is my wish to help inspire those around me and in turn inspire myself. I hope that you enjoy my blog. Stephanie Ryan

NY Tabletop Show

I attended the NY Tabletop Show at 41 Madison on Friday. I thought the show was great and will be posting some pictures soon of it. Lenox's showroom looked amazing with new additions to their very successful Simply Fine line, and the new Kate Spade Transitional and Holiday patterns are amazing. I will reveal the pictures after their press release.

One really fun surprise from the show was seeing Amy Butler's new pattern Vintage Botanica for Mikasa.I wish I could have gotten into their showroom to see more of it. These photo's are the best I could do.

Oohh...Fun! Fun! I love a good show. I'm going to walk the NSS for the first time this year. Can't wait to see what there is to see!

Amy Butler dishes huh? Guess I had better start saving up now - it's my favorite print. Sigh.

I know! I love all things Amy Butler!

What a treasure!

I agree! The colors are so great too.

oh i love this.. can't wait to see it out.

Hopefully it won't take too long to get to the stores.

  • Focus on the brush strokes, not the outcome. Let go of what you think a painting should look like when it is completed and just play with what is in front of you.
