Affirmation
It has been a while since I posted an affirmation. This is one of my favorites by Shakti Gawain. I say it after I make a wish, or do some visualizations, or while I am day dreaming looking up at the stars. Try it! Remember to put all of your positive emotions behind it. Have a great day.

Nice! I love metta/loving kindness meditation (although I am a slacker when it comes to practicing it). Somehow prayer just seems to work better for me these days. Anyway, this affirmation reminds me of all that I love about doing the loving kindness meditation...and a simple affirmation is something that my schedule could definitely handle. :)

I would love to have more time to meditate. Prayer works too, it is all very powerful.
